I love lip scrubs. I also love cotton candy. Combine the two, and you have a lip scrub that is good enough to eat! This scrub is so easy to make, and is a great gift idea. Simply scoop a little out of the container, and buff it onto damp lips. Wipe it away and then apply your lip color. Using a lip scrub every day helps rev up circulation making your lips plumper, removes dry skin so your lip color goes on more smoothly, and helps keep them hydrated.

What you need:
5 tablespoons white sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil (almond oil is good as well)
6 drops cotton candy flavoring (you can get this in the candy-making section of most craft stores)
2 drops blue food coloring
2 drops pink food coloring

How to make it:
1. Set out 3 small bowls. In the first bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of sugar with 3 drops of flavoring, 2 drops of blue food coloring, and 1 teaspoon of oil.

2. In the second bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of sugar with 3 drops of flavoring, 2 drops of pink food color, and 1 teaspoon of oil.

3. In the third bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of oil.

4. In a separate bowl with a snug-fitting lid, place the blue sugar one one side, the pink sugar on the other side, and the white sugar in the middle. Gently swirl the colors together with a knife, spoon, or skewer.

This scrub will keep for a couple months if sealed tightly and kept away from moisture.
