Delicious and nutritious yogurt popsicles to help you beat the summer heat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender, and pulse until just combined. (I do it this way because I prefer chunks of fruit in my popsicles. If you would like a smoother consistency, place all of the fruit in the food processor, and process until smooth. Then stir in the remainder of the ingredients.)
  2. Divide the mixture evenly between six popsicle molds, and freeze 4 to 6 hours, or overnight.
